All products available at Gold Horse are shipped directly from our suppliers in Brazil and Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Credit card purchases are processed within 3 working days and boleto purchases within 7 working days.

Delivery time throughout the USA is between 5 and 40 days, but our customers always receive their order within an average of 30 working days.

In certain cases, this delivery time may be extended by a few days, due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office, in short, situations that are beyond our control.The deadline varies according to the agility of the Post Office, which can vary greatly from region to region.

Once the deadline has passed and the goods have not been received, we will contact the agents involved in the process (carriers, customs and the Post Office) to find out where your goods are. However, if the goods are not received within 120 days, we will refund your purchase in full!

It is important that you provide the means for delivery to the address registered on your order. After 3 (three) delivery attempts and the return of the product to the Post Office, you will have to pick up the order at the nearest Post Office All details relating to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must pick up their package in the event of absence at the address, Storage fees are charged if not picked up within 7 calendar days.
